Since 1999, Data Solutions International, Inc. (DSI) has provided the software application on which The PROFILOR® Family of 360 instruments are deployed. Data Solutions is Safe Harbor Certified and complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the European Commission regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland. Data Solutions International, Inc. declares its commitment to comply with the Privacy Shield Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement.


Data Solutions takes a multipronged approach to system security. All traffic over the internet is encrypted https standards and 256-bit SSL/TLS 1.2 encryption. To safeguard the Internet infrastructure and collected data, we have implemented Security Practices that consist of employee confidentiality agreements, password management procedures, facility access protocol, performance monitoring, and periodic audits. Moreover, we have implemented governing policies and procedures to address physical site security, security compliance, system access control, secure infrastructure management, and business continuity and disaster recovery to ensure our customer’s data is secure and protected.


The PROFILOR® web-based 360 surveys are written to standards that work with the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10 and 11 (Note: Responsive UI will not work with earlier Internet Explorer versions or the listed versions in “Compatibility View”)

  • Chrome (most recent, currently 36)

  • Windows Safari (most recent, currently 5.1.7)

  • Firefox (most recent, currently 31)


Please note that although most browsers are supported, proactive testing is only routinely performed on the above.
